How to configure Microsoft Outlook to use SSL

You can configure Microsoft Outlook to use a secure connection (SSL) for email transfers by following steps below:

1. Start Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > Account Settings 

2. Select Account mail that you need to modify, then select Change... > in the new opened dialog box, you must change in the Incoming & Outgoing mail server tab to:mail.hainhan.com > and then select More Settings…

3. Select Advanced

  • Click to select This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
  • In the Incoming server tab, type 995 (POP3), or type 993 (IMAP).
  • In the  Outgoing server tab, type 2525
  • In the Use the following type of encrypted connection tab, select Auto.

4. Select OK, and then select Next to complete.

Now you can delivery your email with SSL.
